The Clicgear Golf Push Cart has redefined the compact push cart category. From the Best New Product Award at the 2007 PGA Merchandise Show, to the introduction of the Clicgear 3.0 cart in 2010, Clicgear continues to produce the best golf push cart in the industry. 2020 is the 14th year the Clicgear push cart has been in production.
The Clicgear Model 4.0 push cart is Clicgear’s premier 3 wheel push cart. Weighing in at 21 pounds and made from scratch-resistant aluminum, this push cart is built to last. This cart features a mounted hand brake, large storage compartment, a mesh net under the console, airless wheels, and plenty of accessory attachment points.
The main difference between the Clicgear 4.0 and 3.5 is that the Clicgear 4.0 has updated features that improve the function of the push cart. The 3.5+ had issues with the brake lines getting caught in the wheel, but the 4.0 has a new and improved braking system that will fix this error.
Additionally, the straps on the 3.5+ are elastic and have a small hook to hold your bag in place, while the straps on the 4.0 are rubber and do not have a hook.
The Clicgear Model 4.0 and the Clicgear Model 3.5+ have a few differences. These are:
The fame of the push cart is is created from aircraft-grade scratch-resistant aluminum. This push cart is SOLID. If your cart fell over with your bag in it, I don’t think it would hurt the cart. This cart will be able to withstand a lot of weight.
The best feature about this push cart (in our opinion) is the mounted hand brake. One of the issues the 3.5+ ran into was that the brake lines would get caught or stuck in the wheel.
This push cart has airless, maintenance-free tires that roll smoothly on all surfaces.
This push cart is a little more on the heavy side. Weighing in at 21 pounds and the dimensions are 26″ x 16″ x 14″ inches.
Unlike the Clicgear Rovic RV1S, the Clicgear model 4.0’s front wheel does not swivel. The wheel is locked into place and can only move forward or backwards. This design is better for pushing the cart on the side of a hill, as it holds the push cart on a straight line, rather than falling with the hill.
We at Bestgolfaccessories.net can not find one issue with this cart. The Clicgear 4.0 is the new and improved Clicgear 3.5+ push cart.
This push cart is one of the best carts on the market. If you want functionality, durability, and a high quality push cart, look no further – the Clicgear model 4.0 is for you!
