Source: Callaway's pre-owned store page, a Callaway-owned resale store and not the original 2019 product page. It lists swing weights of D2 in steel and D0 in graphite. No bounce was listed. Golf Monthly confirms the 30.5-degree 7-iron, against 33 degrees for the Apex Pro 19.

Construction

Callaway's page says the Apex 19 is forged from 1025 mild carbon steel with urethane microspheres. Golfmagic reports 360 Face Cup technology in the long and mid irons and a spin-control face with tungsten weighting in the short irons. Steel sets went on sale on 25 January 2019 and graphite on 22 February (Golfmagic). The stock shaft is the True Temper Elevate 95 with a Golf Pride Tour Velvet 360 grip, per Callaway's store page. Launch UK prices were £1,299 in steel and £1,399 in graphite (Golfmagic). We found no US price.

Who they suit

Outlets differ. Golf Monthly sees mid- to higher handicappers who want stronger lofts and distance, National Club Golfer says "a teen handicap to tour players", and Golfalot says single-figure golfers. Be skeptical of any single label, and try them before you buy.
