Garmin is the leader in golf GPS technology. Their products are all accurate within +/- 3 yards. You may think this is a large dispersion, but the truth is that these GPS are hardly off. We have never experienced any issues with the yardages given to us by the S60.
The one downside to this watch is it’s battery life. The Garmin Approach S60 only has a battery life of 10 hours in GPS mode. It has a battery life of 10 days without using GPS mode. The watch plugs into a charging cord (included with purchase) that charges the watch in a few hours. 10 Hours is still more than enough for a weekend of golf!
