The only reason why the Ping Anser 2 putter won’t get a higher grade is because it is still an old-school club that has a very long track record. It doesn’t have the softness of the contemporary golf clubs that have special features that will make it easier to hit the ball without it feeling clicky.

The good qualities that make this one of the better putters from three decades ago are the traditional look, great balance, and the sight line and big sweet spot.
